Veni, Vidi, Video

Veni, Vidi, Video

Your Nickel At A Time free* Latin lesson for the day.

Everyone knows Caesar's famous line, "Veni, Vidi, Vici," which means, "I came, I saw, I conquered," or something equally pithy. Very few people remember what he said after his vacation in the Alps, "Veni, Vidi, Video," which loosely translates to "I came, I saw, I shot pictures."

*"Free" means that you aren't absolutely required to pay for your Latin lesson today, of course,, but your generous five cent donation to the NickelAtATime School of Languages will help us continue to share these morsels of foreign-sounding goodness for years to come!  Paypal those nickels over to Nickelatatime@gmail.com!
