Your Nickel At A Time free* Latin lesson for the day.
Everyone knows Caesar's famous line, "Veni, Vidi, Vici," which means, "I came, I saw, I conquered," or something equally pithy. Very few people remember what he said after his vacation in the Alps, "Veni, Vidi, Video," which loosely translates to "I came, I saw, I shot pictures."
*"Free" means that you aren't absolutely required to pay for your Latin lesson today, of course,, but your generous five cent donation to the NickelAtATime School of Languages will help us continue to share these morsels of foreign-sounding goodness for years to come! Paypal those nickels over to Nickelatatime@gmail.com!

There's this old Kingon proverb about choosing one side of the road or the other, because walking down the middle is likely to get you flattened, or something like that. I think the meerkats say it better.
Don't forget, if you manage to avoid becoming roadkill AND you laughed at this joke, scrape a nickel off the road, put it in an envelope, address it to "Paypal," and kick it this way!

Go ahead...reach out and scratch behind the ears...you know you want to. All together now, "Awwww...."
When you're done "aww-ing and cooing over the cute little meerkats, fish a cute little nickel out of your pocket and Paypal it in this general direction!

Really, I would. But that crimson-flavored fuchsia just will not go with the mauve curtains and chartreuse couch. You're just going to have to wait outside.
Remember, if you laugh, be sure to PayPal in your nickel!

You know, I used to think the ANY Key was a computer thing...you know,"press the ANY Key to Continue," stuff like that. But believe it or not, the tradition of the ANY Key actually dates back to antique typewriters...
